‘Silent City’ will explore depictions of the deserted urban landscape across the island of Ireland, comprising photography, painting, print and drawing dating from the 20th and 21st centuries.
Many artists are compelled by vacant, quiet and ghostly urban settings for their poetic quality, narrative potential, and architectural beauty.
