Ireland Music Week is an independent festival & music conference dedicated to showcasing the very best in new Irish music. Formerly known as Hard Working Class Heroes, Ireland Music Week will take place from October 4th – 7th 2022.

50 acts will be showcasing in this internationally-recognised event showcasing Ireland’s best emerging talent.

For artists of all levels, the conference at the festival will give them a chance to learn and develop their craft and create new opportunities with agents, labels, bookers, music supervisors and services from all over the world.

The conference will continue to include dedicated B2B elements, along with panels, workshops and one-to-one meetings for the artists with international professionals.

Since its inception in 2003, the festival has showcased many of Ireland’s best-known acts including Fontaines D.C., David Keenan, Denise Chaila, Kynsy, CMAT, Alex Gough, Aoife Nessa Frances, Pillow Queens, THUMPER, Soulé, Daithí, Jafaris, Chasing Abbey, Saint Sister, Wyvern Lingo, Just Mustard , Villagers, 2013’s breakthrough act Hozier, along with Girl Band, Jape, The Coronas, Talos, Le Boom, Loah, Soak, Hazey Haze, Sinead O’ Brien, Æ Mak, Kitt Phillippa, Ailbhe Reddy, MELTS, April, Jyellowl, Somebody’s Child, Junior Brother and more.
